Enriched by over 12 years' experience in business management and consulting, I've come to realize that a small organization can't take on multiple projects at the same time. Indeed, no matter how innovative they may be, entrepreneurs often lack the human and technical resources to both strengthen their market position and efficiently manage their IT projects. That's when I came up with the idea of founding Aigle Conseil.
With an entrepreneurial temperament and a passion for information systems, I am now recognized as an expert in IT project management. I am personally certified in Scrum Master, ITIL 4 and Change Management.
To go even further and excel in my role, I have been trained in transactional analysis and systemic coaching by the very best, such as Marie Gonon.
With Aigle Conseil, I bring all these skills and expertise to bear to ensure customer satisfaction.
